Matthew Galli is the owner of Been There Inspected That LLC.  We are a local small business company that operates throughout the Hudson Valley. With a background in public service, our goal is to make sure our clients are satisfied, and their new home is safe.

We operate by the golden rule. Treat others how you want to be treated. Every home that I inspect is inspected as if my family and I were purchasing the home. Safety is my number one priority and I want to make sure you fully understand your home prior to purchase.

We do a visual assessment of a property to determine the current state of its structure and mechanics. We are trained to look for specific issues and report our professional opinion on your home’s status. All major components and operating systems of the home are included in the inspection and the entire home is looked over from the roof to the foundation. 

We are NOT alarmists. We are thorough and ethical but not nit picky. Our goal is to educate the client in the best way possible so that they are confident with the purchase of their home.

Upon completion of the home inspection, a comprehensive report is completed including our findings, and given to the client so they can get a clearer picture of future costs and upkeep before making the commitment to closing on a home.
